Comitti Limited Edition Table and Skeleton Clocks Now Available

Introducing the superb range of fine collectors clocks available in limited numbers anually, with production runs from just 25 models to only 50 clocks.

Limited edition Comitti table clocks include the stunning Queen Anne Georgian style mantel clock typical of the work of John Ellicott, circa 1730. An inverted bell top cabinet decorated with the finest burr walnut veneers, fine fretwork and inlaid satinwood edgeline - bleached, hand rubbed and waxed to achieve an antique patina.

Also available the fabulous Comitti skeleton clocks, true collectors timepieces like the historic Grasshopper Marine Chronograph which features two interlinked pendulums that compensate for the movement on a ship and allow for accurate calculation of the ships longitude. And the Rolling Ball Clock invented by Sir William Congreve and patented in 1808, featuring an alternative to using a regulator pendulum as the escapement regulator - its wonderful rolling ball movement reverses the slope when the ball reaches the end of each cycle, and entertaining onlookers as its ball traverses along the groves of the inclined platform. Also available is a limited edition Great Wheel design, a copy of an elegant timepiece originally made in France, circa 1890 - limited to only 25 pieces annually.
